I met this gentleman at the Palmer Park Winter Festival last Sunday (how could I not talk to a guy whose dog wears sunglasses and boots?). At first the dog was just sitting there by himself, but the gentleman wanted me to do a portrait so he joined the pup up there. He told me he was a part-time dog trainer, part time cowboy, and I told him I really wished he had a blog so I could read it.
